Super Hero Kenzie

Kenzie is officially going back to school next week, but this week she has been my right hand woman, most likely though she looks at me like I am her trusty sidekick. She has been wearing this outfit (or some version of it) for about a week. Cape, Mask, Captain America bag and a light saber which I happen to be holding for her when I took this picture. She is a crazy awesome kid.

Kenzie at Pullen Park

I have qa confession: the third child gets to go to the park way less than the first and second did. So Leigh and I decided to have a morning out with our youngests before school officially started for them. Both girls had a great time- on the boats, train and Marry-Go-Round and they even got to get disgustingly dirty in the sand before heading home!

Kenzie Toddler House Open House

Kenzie went to open house to check out her classroom with all her new friends. At first she refused to get out of the car but after getting back into the classroom and remembering how awesome it is, she refused to leave! She officially starts class on Tuesday and now she can't wait.

Audrey is a Daisy

Audrey is officially a Daisy (with the Girl Scouts). They kicked it off with a field trip to see how a restuarant makes its food in the kitchen. It was a super fun trip and they were able to make french fries and milkshakes and then have a feast when they were done! Audrey even earned her first patch!

Kenzie's First Haircut

Kenzie had her first haircut... it was at a kids place which was nice because she got to sit in the Frozen Jeep. The haircut it's self wasn't great- her bangs are too short but at least she can see :) and she she seemed happy with the experience.

Flight Delays Form Idaho

Our flight home ended up being MASSIVELY delayed and we didn't get to our house until 3:00am... with meet the teachers then just 9 hours later! The kids were great sports and ended up powering through. Not a great way to end a trip but it just made it more of an adventure.

The Rest of Idaho

We went to McCall and Boise, we went to the Capitol and sat in the house and senate. After our "camping" adventure we took it easy and spent a lot of time at the pool. We also went to the Birds of Prey Sanctuary which was a fun (and even educational) way to end our trip.
