Weekend in Chicago

I had a weekend in Chicago to celebrate at my friend Rachel's Bachelorette party. I'm sad I won't be able to attend the wedding but I am excited for her and happy that I did get a chance to celebrate with her. We had brunch at Bistro Margot and then went Bar hopping. It was a lot of fun and then I stayed an extra night to meet her fiance and have a night to myself!  I even had time to walk around the city- it made me both miss it and appreciate home. 

Audrey 4 Year Stats

Audrey had her 4 Year old appointment today. She is healthy and has recently had a growth spurt. She is 32.8 Pounds (25%) and 40.5" (75%). She gained more inches (3.5") than pounds (3) in the last year! She did not do well on her hearing test, they said it could be that she didn't understand the test or an actual hearing issue- she will go back for another test when Ryan goes back to do his re-test (one of his ears failed). She passed everything else with flying colors during the assessment.

Camp Blazing Trails

Ryan had his first week at summer camp last week. He used to be so freaked out to do anything for the first time that I was really nervous about sending him. He loved it! He jumped right out of the car into a group of kids and was off! They did kayaking, archery, hiking, games, fishing etc. I can't believe how much he has grown up!

Durham Bulls Mom/ Son Date

Ryan and I had a night with just the two of us at the Durham Bulls Baseball park. Ryan had a wholesome dinner of popcorn, Gatorade and ice cream :). We had a great time, it was so fun just having the two of us!
