Christmas Day!

Christmas Eve Traditions

Christmas Eve is our big day for celebrating. We have our big dinner (this year was chicken Marsala and some epic David made mashed potatoes). Then we open our Christmas Pajamas and watch the Grinch (the Cartoon version) and Polar Express while we eat dessert, drink hot chocolate and have popcorn.

Since we never announced on Facebook that we were expecting baby we decided to do it with a picture for Christmas. These were our top choices, we ended up going with the second one down. We were all looking at the camera! 

Disney On Ice

Saturday morning we went to Disney on ice at the PNC Arena. The kids had an amazing time, Audrey loved the princesses and Ryan's favorite part was when Jack (From the Nightmare Before Christmas) and the rest of the villains came out. We went with our big group of friends which made the event even more fun!  

Santa Train 2013

We went on the Santa Train again this year. The weather was much better than it has been the previous few years which was nice- the sun was out! The train however broke down- and they had to bring the steam engine out to tow us back to the station which tacked on about 45 minutes to the trip- which put us after lunch time when we got back, but I think overall everyone had a good time and it was a nice wrap up to a weekend spent with friends.
